Heroes see what others don’t. They see paths that don’t exist. They see choices others don’t acknowledge. They see possibility where others see inevitability. And then they have to decide what to do with that information. That often involves:
- Questioning the crowd (or the collective group of people who have chosen not to act)
- Stepping out of the crowd
- Acting while the crowd looks on
- Being willing to be ridiculed or rejected by the crowd
